Your goal in the business simulation is to learn how to run a motorcycle manufacturing business effectively, while building a cost-effective, competitive and scalable business. You’ll start the game as a manager of a company with several subsidiaries – a steel plant, a rubber processing plant, two machine-building plants, a tire factory, a motorcycle manufacturing plant, and a shop. You’ll have to manage the entire value chain from the production of raw materials and components to the production and sale of your branded bikes in boutiques. Optimize the value chain, explore markets and search for market niches. Develop new technologies, manage production processes and product quality, manage costs and profitability, test different market hypotheses and strategies, all while building a scalable business model.
